Motorcycle rental special discounts

• Bring a riding friend discount: Reserve 2, 3 or 4 motorcycles at the same time and save 5% off the normal per bike rental price.
• Early bird booking discount: Reserve your motorcycle(s) at least 6 months prior to your rental start date and save 5% off the normal per bike rental price.
• Group discount: Reserve 5 or more motorcycles at the same time and save 10% off the normal per bike rental price.

• Repeat rider discount: If you joined us previously for a tour or rental, you qualify for a special 5% reduction off the normal per bike rental price.
• Long-term discount: Reserve your motorcycle(s) for 21 days or more and save 5% off the normal per bike rental price.

If you qualify, combine these discounts and save even more. If in a group, different makes may require other rental centers and different locations at the same gateway. Each rider/driver receives a EuroRider travel information packet.

Rental daily rates from 4 - 7, 8 - 14 and 15 - 30 days are determined by engine displacement and designated class. Examples: a Honda VFR 800 for 17 days is in the Sport-tour class 701 - 900cc displacement and rates are US $145 (Standard) or US $189 (All-Inclusive) per day; a Honda Shadow 750 for 12 days is in the Standard class 701 - 900cc displacement and rates are US $135 (Standard) or US $189 (All-Inclusive) per day; and a Honda CBR 600 RR for 5 days is in the Top class 500 - 700cc displacement and rates are US $175 (Standard) or US $239 (All-Inclusive) per day.

The standard rental rate kilometer charge is in the gateway country local currency (€ for Germany and Italy or CHF for Switzerland).

Rates are priced per day in US dollars based on rental length, model or class and motor displacement size with comprehensive and collision motorcycle insurance with a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) deductible of € 1,500 (Germany and Italy) or CHF 2,000 (Switzerland) for standard and comfort class models; € 2,000 (Germany and Italy) or CHF 2,500 (Switzerland) for sport and sport-tour class models and € 2,500 (Germany and Italy) or CHF 3,000 (Switzerland) for top and super class models, third party liability insurance, applicable country Value Added Tax (VAT), 2 hard side-cases, leather side bags, soft side bags and/or roll bags (depending on model) and EuroRider travel information packet.

US$ = United States Dollar, CHF = Swiss Franc, € = Euro

Standard rate includes 200 kilometers (124 miles) free per day with kilometers over daily average charged in local currency € 0.35 - 0.70 (Germany and Italy) or CHF 0.50 - 0.95 (Switzerland) per km depending on model and gateway country.

All-Inclusive rates include unlimited kilometers.

All features are the same for both the All-Inclusive or Standard rental rate except for the kilometer calculation (unlimited miles or the 200 kilometers (124 miles) free per day).

Rentals are available from April through October. In Italy only, also from March through November. Rental center opening hours are: Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Sundays and holiday dates are always closed. In Switzerland only, Mondays are closed.

Some dealers offer a TomTom Rider and some BMW dealers offer a BMW Motorrad Navigator III GPS unit rental (based upon the Garmin Streetpilot 2720) with European maps, English menu and instructions for US$ 15 per day.

If available for your model and gateway, the GPS unit rental is pre-wired and pre-installed on your bike. Rental also includes a 15 minute instruction on its use and numerous features upon arrival.

• Frankfurt/Main, Germany offers BMW, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Triumph and Yamaha.
• Munich, Germany offers BMW and Honda.
• Milan, Italy offers BMW and Ducati.
• Bern, Switzerland offers Aprilia, BMW, Ducati and Honda.
• Zurich, Switzerland offers BMW, KTM, Triumph and Yamaha.

The holiday date closures for 2008: March 21 and 24; May 1, 12 and 22; August 1 (Switzerland) and 15 (Italy and Switzerland), October 3 (Germany) and November 1 (Italy).
